Camping regulations

GENERAL RULES: Al lpersons that stay at the camp ground must comply with the points made in these regulations, and those of the Spanish legislation that regulates camping tourism.

RECEPCION HOURS: Office hours are from 8:00h to 22:00h.

REGISTRATION UPON ENTRY: To enter the camp ground, one must present identification of anidentity documentor passport, as well as fill out the paper work which is required by Spanish authorities.

HOURS FOR REST AND SILENCE: Designated hours forrest and silence are from 24:00h until 8:00h. During these hours, campers Hill avoid making any kind of noise, so as not to disturbone’s neighbours.

ANIMALS: No animals are permitted to enter the campground.

BICYCLES: There creational use of bicycles and motorbikes is not permitted with in the campground.

FINAL BILLING: The camp ground stay ends at 14:00h. Whoever intends to leave the campground before the Reception opens in the mornings hould take care of paying their final bill the day before leaving.

VISITS: Friends and family of campers that wish to visit must leave anidentity document in reception and pay the amounts tipulated for a person’srate.

SECURITY: The campground has security 24h a day. In Reception there is a safety deposit box available for camper’s use. The management is not responsable for any kindof the ftorloss that clients might experience.

IT IS PROHIBITED TO:

– Light a fire any where in the camp ground

– Nail anything in anytree.

– Throwor leave trash any where except in the designate dreceptacles.

– Installany kind off ence or barrier.

– Washoneself

– Vehicles are not allowed to drive in the campground between 24:00h and 8:00h. While driving inside the campground, vehicles must not exceed 10 km/h.

– Prohibited the consumption of toxic drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances.

The sources of the camping are NON-POTABLE

CAMPER’S OBLIGATIONS:

– Campers must tell the management immediately of any case they are awareof, of a presumably contagious illness.

– Campers are required to abide by all the previously started regulations, other wise they will be asked to leave the campground all provide potable drinking water.

– We ask that you kindly not park vehicles shady areas, bu trather leave thes hady areas fortents to use.

– For extended stays, the camping billmust be paidon a weekly basis.

THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS A BOOK FOR “COMPLAINTS / CLAIMS” WHICH IS AT THE DISPOSAL OF CONSUMER THAT REQUESTS IT.
