One of the great advantages of camping at Camping Camaleón is its lush forest, made up of more than a hundred pines native to the Breña Natural Park. Beneath them, a pleasant microclimate is created that completely transforms the experience of being outdoors in summer.
While the sun beats down almost all day, the sense of respite here is provided by the combination of the dense trees and the proximity of the sea. This balance of filtered light, Atlantic breezes, and native vegetation makes the campsite a privileged place for relaxation. A silent luxury that can't be seen, but can be felt from the first moment.
The Comes Transport company operates buses connecting Cádiz and Seville with Los Caños de Meca. The stop in Caños de Meca is just a few meters from Camping Camaleón. Services are mainly active during the summer months, with considerably reduced service during the rest of the year. If you can't find a direct bus to Los Caños, you can travel to Conil, Vejer, or Barbate (the three towns are about 8 km away), and from there take another bus or taxi to Los Caños.

The nearest train station is San Fernando, 35 km from Caños de Meca. San Fernando has daily connections to Seville (AVE train), Jerez, Madrid, Barcelona, and more. From there, the drive to Camping Camaleón takes about 20 minutes. The bus will take a little longer, but there is also a direct service throughout the summer.
